What was the most memorable part of the
trip?
I think the most valuable part was being able to live with friends for a few weeks in a foreign environment, which is a rare opportunity that creates plenty of memories.

What impact did the Japan Trip have on you?
I think the trip opened my eyes to what I wanted to do in the future; it was a big catalyst in my decision to start photography on a serious level. I always wanted to study abroad from a young age too, and Japan was on my mind. The trip kind of reinforced me desire to visit Japan long term again.
